I admit it, I became ※OBSESSED※ with the concept of mushrooms as planetary allies of humans as a species after listening to this podcast. I also became obsessed with the idea of adding adaptogen mushroom essence into my life and Four Sigmatic and what all yummy goodness they have on offer. Between this podcast and trying out cricket protein powder, I’m adding in all sorts of proteins that are sustainable. Enriching and uplifting the way I eat, all thanks to the initial draw to flower elixirs. 💐
