Is it possible to take too many at once?
Nope! Do what feels right for you. Your body will know how to sort them, magnify them, discharge or kick them out if too much. More about that here.
Is this similar to tissue salts or cell salts?
Tissue salts / cell salts are more like homeopathic and mineral-based, whereas flower essences are from the life-force of flowers. Similar in that they’re super dilute. And different in that cell salts are typically known more for physical imbalances and flower essences used primarily for emotional, energetic, mental, spiritual balance.
What is recommended for over thinking/self doubt?
Self-doubt: Inner knowing (turning up volume on self-trust)
Indecisiveness: Inspired Action
*As always, take the flower quiz to find the blends for your individual needs ~ you will always be drawn to the flowers that can best support you.
Fear is an illusion. On the other side of fear is fearlessness, courage, strength, confidence, settledness, groundedness, solidness, imperviousness. As we unravel our fears, things that have ownership or control over us, no longer do. And we become more & more free.
Here's to wild freedom, boldness & fearless courageousness!
Love & flower petals,
Katie
