Full Time - In-person - Phoenix, AZ

As a part of LOTUSWEI’s Sales Team, you will play a vital role in creating a worldwide ripple effect of positivity. You’ll be responsible for sharing flower remedies, dark chocolate & herbal tea with current & prospective wholesale partners ~ including wellness centers, retail shops, holistic practitioners, and other business owners.

You’ll provide education on the benefits and application of flower remedies, empowering our partners to integrate them into their practices & businesses effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years experience in business development & partnership management 
  • Entrepreneurial minded & driven to provide the best customer service in the world
  • Desire to constantly evolve current systems to be more efficient and impactful
  • Ability to work both independently & collaboratively
  • Familiarity with CRM, shopping cart + inventory tracking systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, Richpanel)
  • Great phone skills: excellent listening & confidence making cold calls 
  • Wellness-oriented, sales driven & highly strategic
  • Self-initiated time management 
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve
  • Preferred: Have taken flower essences for at least three months
  • Preferred: Have a specific personal growth practice that you can tell us about 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Research & identify new partnership opportunities 
  • Follow system to guide partners through their first purchase
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure partners’ success
  • Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to enhance strategies & training
  • Use Xero, Shopify, Klaviyo to manage customer information 
  • Create packages based individual partner needs
  • Manage new product samples for top partners and potential partners
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the team & work to streamline sales processes
  • Develop sales plan & execute: provide benchmarks/goals & regular reporting

Full Time - In-person - Phoenix, AZ

We pride ourselves on having the best customer service ever! This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with clients & customers, and ensure we exceed service expectations in every interaction.

This position will require Customer Service Support for: LOTUSWEI retail customers, LOTUSWEI’s wholesale clients, SAN Center customers.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Five years of experience in customer service or community management 
  • Prior experience with: Shopify Ecommerce backend, CRM (Klaviyo), Customer Service Help Desk Software (Richpanel), and inventory tracking systems
  • Familiarity with Membership & Subscription systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with LOTUSWEI & SAN Center services is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver over-the-top customer support that blows our community away
  • Respond to customer requests with concise, clear & fair communication through phone, text, Whatsapp and email
  • Check order statuses to make sure all orders are addressed & shipped promptly
  • Remedy any order mistakes in a timely manner
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of digital resources to recommend products, services & education materials that are genuinely helpful to our clients & customers
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Constantly find ways to improve systems & streamline processes to improve efficiency
